Gallery Member, Arthur Evans is known for his mastery of oil painting techniques.  His colors are luminous and draw the eyes to the focal point, which might be a face with lots of character or a structure that glows in the sun.  During the month of October, Arthur is showing some new work that includes both portraits and some local scenic landscapes.  He will be in the Gallery during Art Walk on Thursday evening, October 19, to discuss his work.
